Policy Information Reservation Policies
Secret Garden requires a one night advanced
deposit by check or credit card to secure your reservation.
There is a two (2) night
minimum required stay on weekends with a 48 hour cancellation
policy.
To inquire about availability,
call us or fill in the form below. Secret Garden's host will respond within 24 hours.
The reservations are finalized and confirmed by phone. If necessary,
Secret Garden will hold your reservation for 72 hours. Customarily
Secret Garden confirms
receipt of your deposit by email or fax. If you do not have email,
please include your fax number in your correspondence with us.
Please advise of any special
needs you may have during your stay. Secret Garden will do its best to
accommodate you.
Secret Garden offers a group discount rate
of 10% off the regular rate with a double occupancy and 3 rooms or
more. (six person total minimum and two to a room)
Other Policies
Smoking is not allowed anyplace
indoors. Smoking is permitted in the garden with the use of an
ashtray.
Guest pets are not allowed.
Children are welcome to stay
with us but must be under parental supervision at all times. No
exceptions.
No childcare. No exceptions.
If there are three adults
sharing a single room, there will be a $20 extra charge above the
regular room rate.
Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted. Bring your own.
In the event
you need to cancel your reservation, you must give Secret Garden no less than 48
hours notice.
